Yes, on every template, not just a few of them. Under Make it yours you can set the text color and the accent or line color, then choose a background, the template default, a solid color, a two color gradient, or a photo of your own, with a slider to control how strong or how faint it shows behind the text. Switching to a different template resets these back to that template's own look, and there is a reset button if you want to undo your own changes without switching templates.
Basic and Gradients use the same single column layout as each other, name and contact details at the top, then summary, experience, education and skills stacked below, the only real difference is a flat color header against a colored or gradient one. Structure is different on purpose, those ten templates actually rearrange the page, a tinted side column carrying your photo and contact details, two content columns side by side, a header with the contact block set to the right instead of stacked underneath the name, a centered photo banner with skills promoted above experience, and one that simply lists skills before experience in an otherwise ordinary layout. Every card shows a real miniature of the template with sample text filled in, so you can see the actual shape of the page before you pick it, not just a color.
